Re:Two-day Great Wall hiking from Gubeikou to Simatai
Hello! We are back in Japan~ it was a very quick trip for us mostly only to see the Great Wall. It was SPECTACULAR! We had a great experience hiking for 2 days and the wall was even more impressive than we had imagined. I know that a good tour company and guide can make all the difference and we are thrilled with how well this trip worked out. Cheney was a great guide- an asset to our trip. He was energetic, informative and interesting. And it seemed like he really enjoyed being on the wall too, and enjoyed the scenery and hiking. The driver was great too, he was trustworthy and safe, and the car was comfortable and clean. Working with you before the trip was a breeze, it was easy to contact you by email up until our departure and you always responded quickly. It was all fairly smooth, I would have packed slightly different and may have changed some food options, but those are minor details that I commented about in our comment sheet. Overall we are both very happy with CNadventure and the Great Wall tour. We will absolutely recommend to everyone we know to get to Beijing and see you for a tour of the Great Wall. We had an awesome experience! If you have any more specific questions about our trip our impressions please let me know.
Thanks again for a great trip!

Re:
Horseback Riding Tour to Hunlun Beier Grand Grassland
Dear Jennifer:
Thank you so much for the wonderful pictures. They bring back all the good memories we have from our trip to Inner Mongolia. However, I still carry inside of me all the good feelings those few days gave me. All of us very much enjoyed the outdoor-horse-camping-life we shared with your great group. Which is quite an accomplishment considering the variety of ages: 7 kids ranging from 5 to 15 and adults. The kids all had a blast: horseback riding, swimming in the river, fishing, football, camping, camp-fire, great food, nice weather, good companions. We adults very much took pleasure in the beautiful scenery and ¨C more than anything ¨C sharing a few days with the Mongolian horseman. Joyful, playful, awesome riders, who did a fantastic job looking out for everybody. No one ever felt unsafe. Did I mention they sang a lot too.
The organization was also very good. A big bus for all of us and a going along van, that was almost always within sight. Very caring guides and a terrific cook.
Thank you very much! We'll be back,
Conny Linn

Re:Xi'an Warrior Tour
Dear Lisa:
We had a wonderful time in Xi'an. Thank you for meeting us at the train station in Beijing and assisting us directly to our compartment. It would have been difficult without your help.
The hotel was lovely and breakfast was most welcome. The children enjoyed ping pong in the evening. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the flexibility of the tour.
The driver was helpful and courteous, always prompt and available.
Thank you for fulfilling our expectations. We have many good memories.
Please pass on our regards to Lucky and our driver.
Sincerely,
Helen Hoeve

Re:http://www.cnadventure.com/docc/Tourlist.asp?id=70 (Part of the itinerary)
Hi Mandy
Our guides were wonderful.
Lucky in Xi'an was very knowledgeable and enjoyed Mark challenging her opinions about things ¨C something he really enjoys doing. She was very good with the children and was able to engage with them. The hotel in Xi'an was very nice.
In Qingdao Felix was an excellent guide. He was bright and enthusiastic, spoke English brilliantly and was very knowledgeable. Yes there was some difficulty with our meeting, but that was not a fault of service, simply a change in airport procedure. The hotel was beautiful, we all wanted to stay much longer.
In Shanghai our guide Hou (is that how I spell it?) was very good also. He was flexible and understanding when we wanted to change things.
Best regards

Re:http://www.cnadventure.com/docc/Tourlist.asp?id=15
Dear Mandy,
Happy New Year to you.
I hope you are keeping well.
Guide:
Our guide, Xiao Xia, was very knowledgeable of the hiking part.
Xiao Xia was helpful because he speaks local Naxi language.
Our guide has very good relationship with the inn/lodge owner.
It could be more informative in terms of the education/environment perspective.
Overall,
Food was very good and fresh.
We were satisfied with the inn/lodge even though the rooms get very cold. Our expectation was managed before the start of the trip.
Our driver demonstrated very good and safe driving skills. Safety was very important to us.
The managers or owners of the inn/lodge were very friendly.
Emergency contact was essential. It should be provided to customer without being asked to.
I hope this is useful as I travel at least twice a year with adventure outfitters all over the world. My next destination is Belize in Central America. I am going for kayaking and snorkeling. I hope to learn something about marine conservation as well.
Thanks again for your assistance and I really enjoyed my trip.
Sincerely,
Ms. Jada Lam

Re:
Buddhism Culture tour: Chengdu, Mt.Emei & Leshan Giant Buddha
Hi Joanne,
Thank you for your email. Yes we all had a wonderful time on our tours!
Actually my boyfriend and I want to take another tour through CN Adventure
if you could put together another quote for me I would appreciate it.
We want to take the 2 day Mongolia tour and then when we get back to
Beijing do another 2 days hiking along the wall (preferably a different
section to the one I recently hiked.)
Thanks again for everything, we were happy with all our guides, drivers
and accommodations!

Re:Xi'an
Warrior Tour
Dear Lisa,
Trip to Xi'an was very good. The guide (Benny) was excellent. We learned
a lot about Xi'an and its history from Benny. He was flexible in accommodating
the activities and sights we were interested in seeing. He is also very
good with children.

Re:Two-day
Great Wall hiking from Gubeikou to Simatai
Dear Lisa,
The tour was absolutely fantastic. I¡¯ve been telling everybody about
it. It was exactly what I was looking for and the weather, besides being
a little hot, was perfect as well and allowed us to camp out.
The guide and driver were very good as well and would recommend this
trip to people serious about hiking harsh sections of the wall. It was
amazing to be out along the wall and not see anyone the entire day except
for a farmer tending to his goats. I cannot even explain how real it
felt compared to at Badaling during my visit last year.
Also, your communication was excellent in getting back to me about the
tour, which with the Olympics coming up next year is a big plus for
any Americans coming over. While I enjoyed the trip and loved the challenge
it provided, you may want to add more of a caution on the website that
it does include steep climbs and narrow pathways even more than the
description has on it currently.

Re:Grassland
and Desert in Inner Mongolia
Hi Mandy,
We had a great trip. The driver and guide did a really good job. The
yurts were much better than expected, not cold at night at all. Food
was better in the city. Still, it was good food in the grassland. Only
the breakfast was not so good. Overall, we had a lot of fun and a very
good time.

Re:Beijing,
Mt. Huangshan, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai
Dear Mandy,
Our trip was wonderful. We are recommending you to our friends. Our
tour guide and driver were fantastic. They were always on time, knowledgeable
about the sites we visited and always very friendly. The hotel was very
nice and its location was even better. We also enjoyed the restaurants
and felt that we had a good sampling of all the different foods native
to Beijing. The assistance you gave us before we even began our trip
was very helpful and much appreciated. After Beijing our trip continued
to go perfectly thanks to your guidance. You provide wonderful service
that is flexible, professional and a great value. Thanks for your help
and for making our trip in China absolutely perfect.

Re:Two-day
Leisure tour in Chengde
Dear Many,
We had a great time in Chengde. Our guide, Mary, was lovely and very
responsive to our needs. The hotel also was good. Our only criticism
would be that we ate at the same restaurant for each meal. We would
have enjoyed a little variety in venue. The meals were certainly good
and plenty of food was served.
All in all it was a very enjoyable weekend and we are looking forward
to Pingyao
this weekend.

Dear Lisa,
Thanks for your note. I had a great time in Tiger Leaping Gorge! Tashi
was a great guide and the food was so plentiful, I thought I was going
to get fat! :) Definitely had a great time and thought the itinerary,
guiding, guest house, food, driver was all fantastic!
Thanks for the follow up!

Re:Beijing--a
glimpse into the past of China
Dear Lisa,
Thank you for your message. Yes, we have been back home in California
for about a week and a half.
I completed the feedback form and gave it to Lee. I have been meaning
to write and provide additional information, so your request is timely.
Your choice of hotel was outstanding. The staff was terrific--always
ready to help, and their English was usually sufficient to be understandable
and for us to be understood. I don't know if you or Lee told them, or
if they got the information from my passport, but they even left me
a whole birthday cake on my birthday. It was delicious.
The meals ranged from good to great. We especially appreciated it when
we went to restaurants that were not just catering to tourists--we had
some excellent lunches and dinners, and the lunch at
the small guest house under the Great Wall was wonderful. Donna still
talks about the corn cakes stuffed with willow leaf buds.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments. Your
reply is welcome, as always.
Warm regards

Re:Great
Wall Hiking from Jinshanling to Simatai
Dear Winne,
Happy New Year! I must say we had a fantastic time on the Great Wall
and I thought the tour was excellent from start to finish.
The driver was funny and the tour guide - Ricky was very obliging and
friendly. I will recommend your company to others in the future. By
the way, do you have any information on tours to Inner Mongolia? I would
like to visit in April.
Kind regards and good luck for 2007.

Re:Seven-day
Great Wall Hiking
Hi Jenny,
Back in Shanghai we are still full of wonderful memories of our Great
Wall
As already said we are full of praise for our two guides. Bruce is an
extremely fit guide, who got on so well with the kids and who knew the
hikes very well. Lee always made sure that everybody was fine, provided
us well with food (all the fruit ready washed!) and drinks. During the
drives he
exactly knew where to go and if anything unforeseen happened he was
quick in getting off the car and gathering the necessary information.
Also he has enormous knowledge on Chinese history and answered most
patiently and competently all our innumerable questions. Both the guides
were very flexible in coming up to our requests and needs, which depending
on the group may be really very varied. Both of them tuned in so well
to us.

Dear Jennifer,
We wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful hiking tour! Both
Alan and Charlie were great, very informative, and well prepared. The
driver was very helpful too. We would like to ask you if it is possible
to still get the tickets (as a souvenir) for the wall in Jinshanling.

Grottoes and Hanging Temple / Three-day trip
Dear Lisa,
The Datong trip was awesome! Everything that we saw was amazing! I believe
that the Hanging Monastary was everyone's favorite. Our guide, Mr. Ping,
was excellent and I highly recommend him for your future clients.
