Four days Guizhou tour for Miao Sister Festival

The Taijiang Miao Sister Festival, The Oldest Valentine's
Day held annually by the miao people on the 15th day of the third
lunar month, is one of the most active festivals of the Miao people
in Taijiang, The date of the festival is different according to places.
The ceremony is simple, unsophisticated, and distinctive and the Sister
Festival in Shidong, Taijiang County on Qingshui River is the most
typical one. The Sisters' Meal Festival will fall on April 22nd in
2008, and will last for 3days in Taijiang county and Shidong town.Welcome
to Taijiang county and Shidong town!The Sister's Meal Festival, which
takes place every spring, is a good time for young Miao people to
gather together and try to win over the hearts of their loved ones.
Day-by-day itinerary:
Day 01 April 20th GuiYang/KaiLi
Meet your guide at the Guiyang airport. Drive to Kaili. Visting Sunday
market in the old street of Kaili. Overnight at Kaili Guotai Hotel
or the similar.
Day 02 April 21st KaiLi/ShiDong/KaiLi
Festival Day! Pay a visit to the internationally known Shidong village
in Taijiang county. Join in the annual ceremony of "Sisters'
Meal Festival". Back to Kaili Overnight at Kaili Guotai Hotel
or the similar.
Day 03 April 22nd KaiLi/GuiYang
Today we¡¯ll take a visit to Qingman Miao village and Shiqiao Miao
village. Drive to Guiyang.
Overnight at Guiyang Regal Hotel or the similar.
Day 04 April 23rd
Take morning flight, departure for Beijing.
